J. C. Chopra
Mr. Chopra is an Adviser to the group companies belonging to TATA, arguably one of the most iconic conglomerates out of India but with its operations spread all over the world.

Mr. J.C. Chopra is an Economist with over 55 years experience in Industry holding senior positions in Hindustan Unilever and subsequently in TATA companies. Mr. Chopra was Marketing Director at Hindustan Unilever, Senior Vice-President and Director at Voltas, and Senior Vice President and Director Marketing at TATA Consultancy Services. He has served on Boards of several TATA companies and is currently Director of Aditya Birla Chemicals, Garware Offshore Ltd, Eureka Forbes, and Infogain.

During his corporate career Mr. Chopra has worked on a number of Committees of the Government of India and the Planning Commission. He was on the Governing Board of National Council of Applied Economics Research, Chairman of The Indian Society of Advertisers, Chairman Audit Bureau of Circulation and other Bodies associated with Industry. He has had vast experience of dealing with Small and Medium Enterprises as ancillaries of large companies, vendors and partners in manufacturing. Mr. Chopra has taught at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Calcutta, and basic discipline is Marketing.

Jai N Gupta
Dr. Gupta founded EER Systems, an 800 people strong company in the US, in 1979. EER Systems has played a very important role in supporting and implementing major programmes of NASA, the Department of Defence, and Federal Aviation Administration, such as: the Cosmic Background Explorer, the Broadband X-ray Telescope Experiment and the Gamma Ray Observatory. EER Systems has a brilliant record of achievements and amongst its recent successes is the award of a contract to provide the launch vehicle and services for the United Nations first orbital space launch and recovery system. Prior to EER Systems, Dr. Gupta worked at MITRE Corporation, where he gained valuable R & D experience. Dr. Gupta has published a large number of research papers and technical reports related to energy and aerospace technologies. He has served as a refree for several professional journals of repute. Dr. Gupta was the President of the International Society of Productivity enhancement for over a year.

Dr. Gupta received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, his Master's degree from Queen's University, Ontario, Canada, his Ph.D. from Purdue University, and his Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
