Members subscribe to www.mentorsquare.com. Once their account is activated Members can converse with Mentors or Members. This is done by starting Public or Private conversations, and then inviting Mentors or Members to participate in the conversation. The conversations could be on any aspect of business.

The advice is offered by Mentors who have been very carefully selected and invited into our Mentor Club, considering their background, expertise and experience. They are people who have been very successful in their professional ventures, bringing in a lot of wisdom and knowledge to the table. Many Mentors would have gone through similar situations in their business.

MentorSquare is a forum to allow interactions between Mentors and the Member community on the web. This is not designed for face-to-face interactions in the initial stages. As the questions and needs become more strategic, we recommend face-to-face meetings to take full advantage of the Mentor's expertise. This arrangement would be between you and the Mentor independent of MentorSquare.

Our Mentors are professionals with experience and expertise in areas relevant to you - from price management to quality assurance to IT systems and more; from manufacturing to designing to marketing and sales, and more. Whatever issues you may have in Business, our Mentors would have addressed them in their professional careers!

You get UNLIMITED Interaction with our Mentors and use of all our services! Ask as many questions as you like, seek advice from as many Mentors as you like, whenever you like! MentorSquare provides a platform, which allows you to have 24 hours daily access to international Mentors of impeccable reputation in their own domains of expertise. Simply post your question(s) and choose your Mentor(s) and get you advice. As often as you like. As long as your Subscription fee is active.

Advise would have been given by the Mentors considering the issues on hand and current understanding of what has been communicated by the Member. It is finally left to Members, depending on the specific situation and circumstances, to follow the advise in part or full.

Time lines can vary depending upon the question asked and the level of detail. MentorSquare will actively and continuously interact with Mentors to ensure that replies come in a timely manner. In most cases, we expect the replies will come within 48 hours.

This would depend upon the question asked and the level of detail provided to the Mentor. We have Mentors from across the world.

You can expect a first response within 48 hours. If you invite many Mentors it is not given that all Mentors will make a comment. When you receive a great piece of advice from some Mentors, other Mentors in that conversation may not have anything new to add. If you insist on some Mentors' opinion ask them directly again. In other cases the Mentors you invited to join a conversation might not necessarily be specialists in that particular area and will inform you.

You can address all business related issues and talk to our Mentors about anything that relates to your business. Anything that will increase your revenue - from Marketing to New Market Entry, from Finance to Sales Improvement. This is on the Business Level. You can go deeper down and ask on the Operational Level. We also have competence on this level. When you go deep down on the Technology Level the air will become thinner and you will find less Mentors specialized in that particular technology dimension. But we will go out of our way and move mountains to provide you a satisfactory response and advice.

MentorSquare has a rich Knowledge Library consisting of business and management literature, tutorials, business analyses, virtual seminars and more. You will also find MentorSquare Insights - a forum with practical insights and experiences from Mentors. Furthermore, you will find special zones called MarketSquare (B2B virtual marketplace), TalentSquare (Planned), CapitalSquare (Planned), and TechnologySquare (Planned). These zones are specially designed to help you access customers, people, capital and technology respectively. The Knowledge Library section of MentorSquare website is a repository of management knowledge that can be accessed by all Members. The content itself will enormously help Members appreciate the business issues they face and help frame their conversations with Mentors.

When a conversation is posted as a Private conversation, it is known only to that Member and the Mentors chosen for response. The responses are also known only to the Member who has posted the query. This is a guarantee that is given by the MentorSquare platform.

Yes, that is possible. MentorSquare is designed to facilitate such interactions. We recommend that such partnerships are taken offline. MentorSquare cannot be the judge of whether a partnership is appropriate or not.
