Aroon Raman worked in a senior marketing position with the TVS group before joining his family company, Raman Boards Limited. During his stint as Managing Director of Raman Boards from 1994-2006, the company became the third largest player in the transformer board market globally - with presence in more than 25 countries and a client list, which included companies such as Siemens, ABB, Alstom and Hyundai. The company moved to set up its largest manufacturing facility in China in 2006. In 2007, he divested the global insulation business of Raman Boards to ABB - the world's largest power products company - and has now promoted Raman FibreScience, a research and innovation company in the area of technical non-wovens. He has a Post-graduate degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and an MBA from the Wharton School , University of Pennsylvania , USA , majoring in both Finance and Marketing.
Renukaprasad B M
Renukaprasad Belgur, Executive Director and Founder, Avasarala Technologies, brings over three decades of core engineering experience in design, manufacturing, project planning, execution and management. He has extensive international experience in the areas of sourcing, marketing and strategic alliances. He has been part of the management team which has seen Avasarala grow from scratch to a USD 75 M company. Renukaprasad has a BS in Electronics from the Bangalore University.

He built and managed teams, developed financial processes and provided functional leadership in diverse areas such as financial strategy, risk management, analysis, reporting, compliance, asset management, business integration, resource mobilization, customer financing and cost productivity. He has served in various Indian organizations, holding important positions such as Finance and Accounts Manager in Wipro Infotech Limited; Vice President, Finance and Business Support in Wipro GE Medical Systems Limited; and Director of Finance in Motorola Broadband Communications Sector.
Dr Sudhindra Seshadri
Dr. Seshadri, currently Professor of Marketing at the Singapore Management University, has divided his over two decades of experience between industry and academics. His special expertise is in sourcing strategies, returns on marketing investments, and market planning. He has had extensive experience in the US and the Asia Pacific region. His selected consulting activities include business intelligence and business analytics for marketing, especially in services-oriented industries, marketing strategy and planning for consumer and industrial products in Asian markets, and market research for international marketing in Asia
Dr K Kumar
Dr. Kumar is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Chairperson of the NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). Kumar has over 16 years of experience in the industry, having held positions as CEO and President (Trigent Software), Management Consultant (Tata Consultancy Services), Product Manager (Computer Point) and Marketing Officer (Crompton Greaves). Kumar had also successfully co-promoted two entrepreneurial ventures, in consumer products and techno-commercial services respectively, during his career in the industry. His research interests are in the areas of entrepreneurial strategies and high growth entrepreneurship in emerging economies. Kumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and has completed his Post-graduation and Ph.D from IIMB, with specialization in Corporate Strategy.
Rangu Salgame
Rangu has served as President of India and SAARC Operations at Cisco Systems since July 2003. Prior to joining Cisco, Rangu spent four years advising and managing venture capital backed companies. He was the President & CEO of Edgix, an Internet infrastructure company, with operations across North America, Latin America and Europe. Prior to Edgix, he was a senior executive in Verizon Communications, a Fortune 10 company and one of the world's leading providers of high-growth communications services. He was also the founder and President of Verizon's data solutions subsidiary, as well as Vice President of Enterprise Marketing for the company. In those capacities he served Verizon's medium and large enterprise customers including the global financial and media companies in New York. Before joining Verizon, Rangu was a Management Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand (now, PriceWaterhouseCoopers/IBM).
Rangu holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also has an MS in engineering from Virginia Tech and a BE from MS University of Baroda, India.
